DescriptionA highly sought after course that offers students hands on training in variety of makeup techniques, such as fashion, bridal, photography, TV, as well as airbrushing. Students will learn a range of makeup techniques as well as the latest up to date application techniques. Students will also learn how to demonstrate the use of a range of retail cosmetic products as well as skills in retail operations as they apply to selling skin care products and cosmetics. Proportion of theory to practical for this course is 70% practical activity and 30 % theory.
PathwaysCertificate II in Retail Cosmetics is designed to allow graduates to gain employment as a beautician, make-up artist or make-up artist assistant in make-up outlets such as department stores, chemists and beauty salons.
