Course DescriptionThis course teaches students how to maintain, service and build bicycles and bicycle components. Students learn how to service and adjust driveline and braking systems including: • Wheel truing • Spoke adjustment • Bearing service and change • Head set adjustment • Workshop safety • Tool selection and use This course is designed for students who would like to know how to correctly service their own equipment and for those who would like to work in the bicycle maintenance and repair industry or department store bicycle sales.
