Course DescriptionThis course has been designed as an introduction to the construction industry for year 10 students. It is a sample of a range of VET pathways and will not give a full certificate, but will provide a sample of a number of pathways including construction and electrotechnology.
PathwaysOn completion of this course, students could pursue their preferred pathway in the construction industry including Electrotechnology, Construction or Plumbing.
Entry RequirementsNil.
Other RequirementsStudents must bring pens, pencils, a ruler and calculator to all lessons. For practical activities steel capped boots, a long sleeved shirt and long pants must be worn.
Dates and Times38 weekly sessions at Craigmore High School on Wednesdays from 09:00 until 15:10.

(Full year course – pro rata for semester/term courses) Enrolments for both these groups of students MUST be done through the WebVET Administrator.
